AI won't fix a process that's already broken

This one is short, because it does not need to be long.

AI is very good at doing a defined task faster. It is not good at defining the task for you. If the process underneath it is unclear, inconsistent, or held together by one person remembering how it works, AI does not fix that. It just does the unclear, inconsistent thing at higher speed.

Fix the process first. The tool comes second, always.
